Are you an energetic, organised, and motivated individual with a passion for real estate? Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support an award-winning Director and his team. Join us and become a key player in a thriving and close-knit team environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors regarding marketing and compliance matters
- Manage administrative tasks for property listings
- Prepare proposals, pre-list kits, marketing letters, and open home packs
- Attend appointments including property photoshoots, bank valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and private buyer meetings
- Create and manage agent advertising materials
- Handle social media for the team
- Generate invoices and arrange settlements
- Maintain the database and manage correspondence
- Perform letterbox drops, magazine distribution, and pre-list kit deliveries when needed
- Assist with open homes and auctions as required
- Contribute creative ideas to drive the team’s success
- Provide general office support and backup
The Candidate:
- Have a strong administration/sales support background in Real Estate
- A Current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License
- Ability to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior administrative or real estate experience is a plus but not essential
